Our staff and members research and discuss all aspects of shipping from construction of great ships, past, present and future such as TITANIC, MAURETANIA and EMPRESS OF IRELAND to the modern Liners of today such as QUEEN MARY 2 and OASIS OF THE SEAS as well as the yards that built them and the ports they where they called.

At Famous Liners Online one of our aims is ship preservation, many of our members are involved in preservation.  One such project is SS NOMADIC, the White Star Line tender built to service the Olympic Class Liners OLYMPIC, TITANIC & BRITANNIC, and the only White Star Line Vessel in existance.
